By accessing and using the Magic Hat Sounds website ("Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Use of the Site

This Site is provided to share music, artist information, and updates from Magic Hat Sounds and Laz'R'Us. You may browse freely, listen to embedded music and previews, watch teasers for upcoming releases, pre-save upcoming releases, get in touch through our contact form, and sign up for newsletter updates.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, audio, and visual designs — is the property of Magic Hat Sounds or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

4. Music and Streaming

Music available through embedded players (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.) is subject to the respective platform's terms of service. Magic Hat Sounds does not control and is not responsible for the availability or terms of those third-party services.

Teasers for upcoming releases are YouTube videos or Instagram Reels, subject to those platforms' terms. "Pre-save" buttons open a SmartLink page run by our distributor, Ditto Music; pre-saving a release there is subject to Ditto's terms and the terms of the streaming service you connect.

5. Contact Form

When you submit a message through our contact form, you agree to provide accurate information. We are not obligated to respond to every inquiry but will make reasonable efforts to do so. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through the contact form. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

6. Newsletter / Mailing List

Signing up for our newsletter is entirely voluntary. By subscribing, you provide your email address and consent to receive infrequent updates about new releases, collaborations, and other news from Magic Hat Sounds. We commit to: sending only relevant, infrequent updates; never sharing or selling your email address; and honoring unsubscribe requests promptly. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. Do not submit sensitive personal information through the newsletter form.

7. Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Magic Hat Sounds does not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magic Hat Sounds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
